Consulting
Our staff certified by AWS as CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) and CWI Senior, with more than 20 years of experience in consulting and inspection of welding processes such as SAW, SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW and SW, is ready to help ensure that your company’s welding quality system includes:
- Specifications and welding drawings
- Welding procedures (WPS)
- Procedure qualification records (PQR)
- Welder qualification records (WPQ)
- Qualification inspection and test reports

For the preparation of a WPS
The basic information is obtained at your plant, the editing is on us and the WPS is ready the next day.
For approval of a WPS
Testing is not always required, there are standard WPS’s and prequalified WPS’s, if necessary, test welds are done under our supervision, we take care of all specified destructive or nondestructive tests, your PQR’s and reports are ready within 5 days.
For the qualification of Welders
Test welds are made under our supervision, we do the required inspection and tests and the WPQ’s are ready in 1 to 3 days.
All in accordance with international standards used in the metal mechanical, construction, oil, chemical, automotive, aerospace, energy, etc. industries.

Consulting
We have worked with a large number of companies in the development and implementation of complete quality systems, including manuals, formats, procedures and instructions, as well as providing special support in specific parts of these systems.
